Audio Detection Information Extraction Based on Casting Modal Analysis

研究球墨铸铁和蠕墨铸铁在外部激励下的音频检测信息提取方法,用有限元对铸件的振动方程进行模态分析,获取铸件的振动模态云图,并根据振动模态云图,分析了铸件的各阶振动模态的特点以及激励与音频响应信号之间的输入输出关系,为球墨铸铁和蠕墨铸铁在线检测的音频检测信息的准确提取提供了科学依据。试验以某种型号的汽车飞轮球墨铸铁为例,进行了模态分析,并实测了20件样品,实测结果与模态分析结果高度吻合。

The audio detection information extraction method for ductile iron and vermicular cast iron under the external excitation was studied,the finite element modal analysis on the vibration equation of the casting was carried out and the vibration modal cloud of casting was obtained.According to the vibration modal cloud,the features of vibration modal of the castings as well as the input/output relation between the external excitation and response of audio signal were analyzed,on which a scientific basis was provided for accurate extraction of online audio detection information of ductile iron and vermicular cast iron.The modal analysis of a certain type of automobile flywheel ductile iron was carried out,and as many as 20 samples were measured.The measured results are in good agreement with the modal analysis results.
