DOK3和DOK2在早期胃癌中的表达及其意义

Expression and Significance of DOK3 and DOK2 in Early Gastric Cancer

目的探讨DOK3和DOK2的表达在早期胃癌诊断及与其病理变化中的意义。方法选择早期胃癌80例作为胃癌组,同期选择胃癌前病变患者80例作为对照组,检测2组血清DOK3和DOK2表达水平,调查胃癌组的临床病理特征、随访预后并进行相关性分析。结果胃癌组的血清DOK3和DOK2相对表达水平都显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。在胃癌组中,不同组织学分化、临床分期、淋巴结转移、病灶直径的血清DOK3和DOK2表达水平对比差异都有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Pearson分析显示血清DOK3、DOK2表达与组织学分化、临床分期、淋巴结转移、病灶直径都存在相关性(P<0.05)。所有患者随访至2020年8月,生存72例,死亡18例,死亡率为20.0%。死亡患者的血清DOK3和DOK2表达水平显著低于生存患者(P<0.05)。结论早期胃癌患者血清DOK3和DOK2水平均显著降低,与患者的病理特征存在相关性,也可作为预测预后的有效标志物。

Objective To investigate the significance of DOK3 and DOK2 expression detection in the diagnosis of early gastric cancer and its pathological changes.Methods 80 cases of early gastric cancer were selected as the gastric cancer group,and 80 cases of gastric precancerous lesions were selected as the control group.The serum DOK3 and DOK2 expressions of the 2 groups were detected,investigated the clinicopathological characteristics,followed-up prognosis and given correlation analysis of the gastric cancer group.Results The relative expression levels of serum DOK3 and DOK2 in the gastric cancer group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).In the gastric cancer group,the differences in serum DOK3 and DOK2 expression levels of different histological differentiation,clinical stages,lymph node metastasis,and lesion diameter compared were statistically significant(P<0.05).Pearson analysis showed that serum DOK3 and DOK2 expressions were correlated with histological differentiation,clinical stage,lymph node metastasis and lesion diameter(P<0.05).All patients were been followed up until now(August 2020),there were 72 cases were survived,18 cases were died,and the mortality rate were 20.0%.The serum DOK3 and DOK2 expression levels of dead patients were significantly lower than those of surviving patients(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum DOK3 and DOK2 are lowly expressed in early gastric cancer,which are correlated with the pathological characteristics of patients,and can also be used as effective markers for predicting prognosis.
