lincRNA-UFC1在肝细胞癌组织中表达的临床意义

摘要 目的探讨lincRNA-UFC1在肝细胞癌组织中表达的临床意义。方法选择手术治疗的原发性肝细胞癌患者68例的石蜡标本进行研究,采用原位杂交的方法检测68例肝细胞癌组织以及其相对应的癌旁组织中lincRNA-UFC1水平的表达,比较癌组织与癌旁组织中lincRNA-UFC1表达水平,比较不同临床病理参数患者癌组织中lincRNA-UFC1表达水平。结果癌组织中lincRNA-UFC1高表达率显著高于癌旁组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。无包膜、AFP>20 ng/ml、有门静脉癌栓、癌肿直径>5 cm、BCLC分期B+C+D患者癌组织中lincRNA-UFC1高表达率更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肝细胞癌组织中lincRNA-UFC1高表达率更高,其高表达与是否有包膜、AFP水平、是否有门静脉癌栓、癌肿直径、BCLC分期有关。 Objective To discuss the expression of lincRNA-UFC1 in hepatocellular carcinoma and its clinical significance.Methods The paraffin specimens of 68 patients with primary liver cancer who were diagnosed and operated were studied.In situ hybridization was used to detect the expression of lincRNA-UFC1 in 68 cases of HCC and its adjacent tissues.The expression level of lincRNA-UFC1 in cancer tissues and adjacent tissues was compared.The expression level of lincRNA-UFC1 in cancer tissues was compared with different clinical pathological parameters.Results The expression rate of lincRNA-UFC1 in cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in adjacent tissues(P<0.05).The expression rate of lincRNA-UFC1 was higher in non-capsular,AFP>20 ng/ml,portal vein tumor thrombus,tumor diameter>5 cm and BCLC stage B+C+D(P<0.05).Conclusion The high expression of lincRNA-UFC1 in hepatocellular carcinoma is associated with the presence of capsule,AFP level,portal vein tumor thrombus,tumor diameter and BCLC stage.
