摘要
目的检测颅内胶质瘤组织中OPN和Rac1表达,并探讨二者水平与患者生存期的相关性。方法以行胶质瘤切除术的60例颅内胶质瘤患者为胶质瘤组,另随机选择同期65例行颅内减压术的非恶性肿瘤患者为正常对照组。采用人ELISA试剂盒对2组研究对象组织中OPN和Rac1的表达水平进行检测,并分析瘤组织中OPN和Rac1表达与患者生存期的相关性。结果(1)与正常对照组相比,胶质瘤组患者组织中OPN含量和Rac1含量均显著上升,差异具有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。(2)颅内胶质瘤患者均顺利完成颅内胶质瘤相关手术,随访至2020年3月31日,平均随访时长(23.17±3.88)个月,患者生存率为36.66%(22/60)。(3)与长期生存组相比,短期生存组胶质瘤患者组织中OPG和RANKL的含量均显著升高,差异具有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。(4)相关性分析结果显示:胶质瘤患者生存期与其组织中OPN含量和Rac1含量均呈显著负相关,即患者胶质瘤组织中OPN和Rac1含量均随其生存期缩短而显著增加(P均<0.05)。结论OPN和Rac1参与颅内胶质瘤的发生和进展,并与该肿瘤患者生存期密切相关,可作为评估患者预后的参考指标。
Objective To detect the expression of OPN and Rac1 in the tissues of patients with intracranial glioma,and to analyze the correlation between their levels and the survival of patients.Methods 60 patients with intracranial glioma who underwent glioma resection were selected as the glioma group.In addition,65 patients with non-malignant tumors who underwent intracranial decompression during the same period were randomly selected as the normal control group.The human ELISA kit was used to detect the expression levels of OPN and Rac1 in the tissues of the 2 groups of study subjects,and the correlation between the expression of OPN and Rac1 in tumor tissues and the survival of patients was analyzed.Results(1)Compared with the normal control group,the OPN content and Rac1 content in the tissues of the glioma group increased significantly,and the difference was statistically significant(both P<0.05);(2)All patients with intracranial glioma successfully completed intracranial glioma-related surgery,and were followed up to March 31st,2020.The average follow-up time was(23.17±3.88)months,and the patient survival rate was 36.66%(22/60);(3)Compared with the long-term survival group,the levels of OPN and Rac1 in the tissues of glioma patients in the short-term survival group were significantly increased,and the difference was statistically significant(both P<0.05);(4)The results of correlation analysis showed that the survival period of glioma patients was significantly negatively correlated with the content of OPN and Rac1 in their tissues,that is,the OPN and Rac1 content in the patient's glioma tissue both increase significantly with the shortening of their survival time(both P<0.05).Conclusion OPN and Rac1 are involved in the occurrence and progression of intracranial glioma,and are closely related to the survival of patients with this tumor.They can be used as reference indicators for evaluating the prognosis of patients.
