分层建造下向大六角形进路稳定性分析

Stability Analysis on the Downward Large Hexagonal Approach in the Layered Construction

摘要 为了提高采场生产能力,降低采矿成本,在现有下向六角形进路胶结充填采矿法基础上扩大了进路断面。通过回采进路受力分析和理论计算,对分层建造下向大六角形进路进行了稳定性分析,结果表明:大六角形进路能够承受上部载荷,不会发生充填体剪切垮落;充填体边帮安全系数为2.83,下部矿体边帮安全系数为4.26,表明推荐进路规格参数下充填体边帮和下部矿体边帮均可以保持稳定。现场工业试验表明,大断面六角形进路下部倒梯形在回采过程中两帮较平整,未出现较大的垮落,整体稳定性较好。 In order to increase stope production capacity and to reduce mining costs,the access section was enlarged on the basis of the existing downward hexagonal drift cemented backfill mining method.The force analysis and theoretical calculation on mining drift were carried out to analyze the stability of the large hexagonal approach in the layered construction.The results show that the large hexagonal approach can withstand the upper load without shear collapse of the backfill.And the slope safety factor of backfill and lower orebody is 2.83 and 4.26 respectively,which indicates that the filling body and the lower orebody can keep stable under the recommended route specification parameters.Field industrial tests show that the inverted trapezoid at the lower part of the large-section hexagonal approach is relatively flat and does not occur large collapse in the mining process,and the overall stability is good.
