基于AHP-3DEC的井筒保安矿柱稳定性综合评价 被引量:10

摘要 某大型金矿的主井已处在开采岩移界线范围以内,但是,针对地下规模化采矿扰动对井筒保安矿柱稳定性的影响缺乏系统的评估和论证。通过矿区地表沉降变形监测、层次分析法(AHP)安全评价、历史开采过程数值模拟等手段,对井筒保安矿柱的稳定性进行综合评价。矿区沉降监测显示,地表沉降变形值都未超限,总体上在正常范围内波动;层次分析法分析得到的安全现状评价值在0.590~0.740之间,绝大多数采场的安全评价等级为Ⅱ级,稳定性较好,保安矿柱安全风险水平较低;数值模拟结果表明,新、老主井和副井井筒受到了历史回采过程的轻微扰动,但岩移量小于1~2 mm,在规范允许的范围内。 The main shaft of a large-scale gold mine is within the boundary of mining rock movement.However,according to the influence of underground large-scale mining disturbance on the stability of shaft safety pillar,there is a lack of systematic evaluation and demonstration.By means of surface subsidence deformation monitoring,AHP safety evaluation and numerical simulation of historical mining process,the stability of shaft safety pillar has been comprehensively evaluated.The monitoring results show that the surface subsidence deformation is within the normal range.The safety evaluation value of AHP is between 0.590 and 0.740.The safety evaluation grade of most stopes is grade II,with good stability and low safety risk level of safety pillar.The numerical simulation results show that the new and old main shafts and auxiliary shafts are slightly disturbed in the historical mining process,but the rock displacement is less than 1~2 mm,which is within the allowable range of the standard.
