摘要
铰接式卡车作为露天矿的主要运输设备,一旦发生火灾事故,将给矿山生产造成较大经济损失。铰接式卡车工作强度大、着火点多,其消防问题日益突出。通过对铰接式卡车火灾案例和火灾致因的分析,开展了基于多传感器融合的卡车发动机舱火灾探测系统研究,设计了基于铰接式卡车特殊环境的高效率超细干粉灭火方案,参照瑞典SP技术研究所发布的瑞典SP 5320《重型车辆机舱火灾探测系统试验方法》和瑞典SP 4912《车辆机舱灭火系统性能试验方法》,研制了卡车发动机舱火灾探测和灭火效能验证试验装置,针对探测系统设计了13种火灾场景,针对灭火系统设计了10种火灾场景,并进行了试验。试验研究发现,设计的探测灭火系统能够满足大通风量的高强度火灾和隐藏火灾的探测与灭火应用需求,能够有效地探测火灾并快速扑灭火灾。
As the main transport equipment in open-pit mine,articulated truck will cause great economic loss to mine production once fire accident occurs.The fire control problem of articulated truck is becoming more and more serious due to its high working intensity and many ignition points.Through the analysis on the fire cases and the fire causes of articulated truck,fire detection system based on multi-sensor fusion of truck engine compartment was studied.High-efficiency superfine dry powder based on the special environment of the articulated truck was designed.With reference to the Sweden SP 5320 Test Method of Heavy Vehicle Cabin Fire Detection System and Sweden SP 4912 Vehicle Cabin Fire Extinguishing System Performance Test Method issued by Swedish SP technical research institute,a truck engine compartment fire detection and a fire extinguishing performance verification test apparatus were developed.In view of the detection system,13 kinds of fire scenario were designed,and 10 kinds of fire scenario were designed for fire extinguishing system.The experimental research shows that the system can meet the application requirements of high-intensity fire and hidden fire with large air volume,and can effectively detect fire and quickly extinguish fire.
