摘要
目的:探讨瑜伽放松法对高校长跑运动员训练后体能恢复的影响。方法:按照随机分组原则,将200名高校长跑运动员分为实验组与对照组(每组100名)。实验过程中,两组运动员均进行相同运动量及运动强度的训练,训练后,对照组进行常规肌肉放松,实验组采用瑜伽放松法。对比两组运动员训练后的疲劳恢复情况,得出结论:相比常规的放松训练,瑜伽放松法更有助于清除运动后蓄积的乳酸,缓解运动疲劳,高校长跑运动员训练后实施瑜伽放松训练能够加快体能恢复,同时还有助于缓解运动员的心理疲劳。
Objective:To explore the effect of Yoga relaxation on physical recovery of college long distance runners after training.Methods:200 college long distance runners were divided into experimental group and control group(n=100)according to the principle of random grouping.During the experiment,the two groups of athletes were trained with the same amount of exercise and intensity.After the training,the control group was given routine muscle relaxation,and the experimental group was given yoga relaxation.The fatigue recovery after training was compared between the two groups.Conclusion:Compared with conventional relaxation training,Yoga relaxation method is more helpful to remove the accumulated lactic acid after exercise and alleviate sports fatigue.The implementation of Yoga relaxation training after training for college long distance runners can speed up physical recovery,and also help alleviate athletes’psychological fatigue.
