On the Cultivation of Journalism Professionals’Knowledge Literacy

从“知识”视角去探讨新闻人才的培养有利于反思新闻学专业的危机,优化人才培养。新闻学专业人才需要具备“杂家”式而又体系化的知识素养,知识素养体系的建构离不开师生、业界、学界的互动互构。探讨新闻学专业人才知识素养体系的具体构成,明确其建构路径,引导其产生更多的衍生价值成为新闻学专业人才知识素养培育的关键。鉴于此,本文以具有较强综合性的“新闻编辑”课程为例,以“新闻编辑人员的基本素养”的教学实践来进行分析,对上述问题进行探讨。

Making a research on the cultivation of journalism talents from the perspective of“knowledge”is conducive to reflecting on the crisis of journalism and optimizing the cultivation of talents.Journalism professionals are expected to build extensive and systematic knowledge literacy.The construction of knowledge literacy system is inseparable from the interaction and mutual construction of teachers,students,industry experts and scholars.Exploring the specific composition of the knowledge literacy system of journalism professionals,clarifying its construction path,and guiding it to generate more derivative values are of crucial importance to cultivatejournalism professionals’knowledge literacy.In view of this,this article takes the“News Editor”course as an example,and analyzes the teaching practice of the basic qualities of news editors in order to explore the topics mentioned above.
