摘要
目的:改良丝线结扎诱导种植体周围黏膜炎的方法。方法:拔除3只12月龄雄性比格犬下颌第二至四前磨牙,3个月后每侧植入3颗种植体。每只犬下颌每侧随机分为健康组(PH)和黏膜炎组(PM),每组种植体数共9颗。PM组在种植体植入术后第8~11周在龈缘用3-0丝线结扎。两组在第11周进行口内检查、探诊、龈沟液检测,在第8周与11周进行影像学检查。结果:第11周PM组的牙龈指数、菌斑指数、探诊出血指数、龈沟液体积和炎症因子含量均显著高于PH组,2组探诊深度无显著差异,两组边缘骨水平稳定。结论:龈缘丝线结扎3周可以诱导比格犬种植体周围黏膜炎。
Objective:To improve the method for inducing peri-implant mucositis by silk ligation.Methods:The mandibular second to fourth premolars were extracted in 312-month male Beagle dogs,and 3 implants were implanted bilaterally 3 months after extraction.The mandibles of each dog were randomly divided into peri-implant health group(PH)and peri-implant mucositis group(PM),and there were 9 implants in each group.In the PM group,8 to 11 weeks after implant operation,3-0 silk ligatures were placed on the mucosal margin.In both groups,intraoral examination,probing and peri-implant sulcular fluid(PISF)test were performed at the 11th week and radiographic examination was performed at the 8th and 11th week.Results:At the 11th week,Gingival Index,Plague Index,Bleeding on Probing,PISF volumes and inflammatory factor contents were significantly higher in the PM group than those in the PH group,while the Probing Depth of both groups didn't show significant difference.The marginal bone was stable in both groups.Conclusion:3 weeks of silk ligation on the mucosal margin can induce peri-implant mucositis in Beagle dogs.
