Nd∶YAG激光联合头孢拉定胶囊对慢性牙周炎患者牙周临床指标及口气的影响 被引量:20

摘要 目的:探讨Nd∶YAG激光联合头孢拉定胶囊对慢性牙周炎患者牙周指标及口气的影响。方法:纳入慢性牙周炎患者120例分为2组(n=60)。对照组口服头孢拉定胶囊,观察组口服头孢拉定胶囊联合Nd∶YAG激光牙周袋内照射。比较2组治疗前后术区的临床症状、炎症因子、牙周临床指标以及不良反应情况。结果:治疗后2周,观察组和对照组的总有效率分别为95.55%和89.28%(P<0.05)。2组SBI、SPD、CAL、PLI水平均降低(P<0.05),且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组肿胀程度、口腔挥发性硫化物(VSCs)、感官值(OS)水平均下降(P<0.05),观察组的该3项指标均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、IL-6、TNF-α水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组和对照组的不良反应发生率分别为5.56%、7.14%(P>0.05)。结论:Nd∶YAG激光联合头孢拉定胶囊可改善慢性牙周炎患者牙周临床指标,疗效显著。 Objective:To explore the effects of Nd∶YAG laser combined with cefradine capsule on periodontal indexes and oral odor of patients with chronic periodontitis.Methods:120 patients with chronic periodontitis were divided into 2 groups(n=60)and treated with cefradine capsules(control group),and cefradine capsules combined with Nd∶YAG laser irradiation in periodontal pocket(observation group).The clinical symptoms,inflammatory factors,periodontal clinical indicators and adverse reactions before and after treatment were compared between the 2 groups.Results:2 weeks after treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group and the control group was 95.55%and 89.28%(P<0.05)respectively.The SBI,SPD,CAL and PLI levels of the 2 groups decreased(P<0.05),and those of the observation group was significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The swelling degree,oral volatile sulfur compounds(VSCs)and sensory value(OS)levels decreased in the 2 groups(P<0.05),the swelling degree,VSCs and OS levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),IL-6 and TNF-αin the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of advers reaction of observation group and control group was 5.56%and 7.14%respectively(P>0.05).Conclusion:Nd∶YAG laser combined with cefradine capsule can effectively improve the periodontal clinical indexes of patients with chronic periodontitis and has remarkable curative effect.
