不同[牙合]架前牙诱导形成后牙咬合分离的差异

摘要 目的:研究不同架上髁突前伸前牙诱导形成后牙咬合分离量的差异。方法:采用Zero Hoby平均值架,吉尔巴赫半可调架,吉尔巴赫全可调架。使用同一副全口牙列模型,选取牙位16、17、26、27近中舌尖顶和14、15、24、25的舌尖顶为测量点,在设定的髁道长度与前牙诱导斜度下,依次测量并记录在3个架上这些位点的咬合分离量(n=8)。结果:16、25、26牙位,3个架测量值各不相同(P<0.05)。17、24牙位,Zero Hoby架测量值与吉尔巴赫半可调、全可调架有差异(P<0.005),而后两者测量值之间无差异(P>0.05)。14、15、27牙位,吉尔巴赫半可调架与Zero Hoby、吉尔巴赫全可调架有差异(P<0.01),而后两者之间无差异(P>0.05)。Zero Hoby16和26的分离值均最小(P<0.05),接近标准值(1.0 mm)。结论:不同架前牙诱导形成后牙咬合分离量有差异,Zero Hoby平均值架测量值更接近标准值。 Objective:To compare the difference of posterior disclusion induced by anterior guidance among 3 different articulators during the protrusive movement of condyl.Methods:Zero Hoby average value articulator,Girrbach semi-adjustable articulator and Girrbach fully adjustable articulator were used.The mesiolingual apexes of teeth 16,17,26 and 27 and lingual apexes of teeth 14,15,24 and 25 in the 3 same pairs of plaster models were used as the test points.Under the condition of the set condyle path length and anterior guidance inclination,the posterior disclusion distance at these points on the 3 articulators was measured(n=8).Results:Under the condition of anterior guidance the measured values on the 3 articulators were different in the positions of teeth 16,25 and 26(P<0.05).For the positions of teeth 17 and 24,significant differences in the amount of posterior disclusion were found between Zero Hoby articulator and the other 2 articulators(P<0.05),while there was no difference found between the Girrbach semi-adjustable and Girrbach fully adjustable articulators(P>0.05).The measured values at 14,15,17 differed significantly between the Girrbach semi-adjustable articulator and the other two articulators(P<0.01),but no significant differences were found between the Zero Hoby and G irrbach fully adjustable articulators(P>0.05).At 16 and 26,smaller disclusion value,close to standard value(1.0 mm),was found on Zero Hoby articulator(P<0.05).Conclusion:The amount of the posterior disclusion induced by anterior guidance differed among the different articulators,and the measured value of Zero Hoby articulator was closest to the standard value.
