摘要
对1例12 OehlersⅡ型牙内陷患牙进行根管定位数字化导板辅助开髓,传统根管预备,根尖屏障术封闭不规则根尖孔,液压单尖充填配合根充根管中上段,术后X线片示根管充填充分。术后2月复查,根尖区低密度影像缩小,密度增高。
A case with OehlersⅡDens invaginatus of 12 was treated by root canal therapy with 3D splint guides for pulp chamber opening.The apical area was closed by apical barrier,the medium and top root canal were sealed by single-cone technique and iRoot SP sealer.After operation,X-ray film showed the root canal filling was perfect.At 2-month follow-up,the radiolucent area of apical zone decreased and the X-ray opaque increased..
