摘要
高电压增益DC/DC变换器是实现光伏发电等低压输出新能源系统并网的有效途径。提出一种基于新型升压单元的零纹波高增益DC/DC变换器,其不仅可得到根据升压单元数量进行调整的电压增益,且功率器件的电压应力较低。通过将二次型Boost变换器的两个电感耦合,并设置合理的耦合系数和匝比,可近似实现输入电流零纹波。对变换器的构造过程、工作原理、稳态特性进行分析,并通过搭建实验样机对理论研究进行验证,实验结果验证了理论分析的正确性。
The high-voltage gain DC-DC converter is an effective way to achieve grid connection of low voltage output new energy systems such as photovoltaic power generation.In this paper,a zero-ripple high voltage-gain DC-DC converter was proposed.It can not only get the voltage gain that can be adjusted according to the number of voltage-lifting units,but also the voltage stresses of the power devices are lower.The input current characterized with very small ripple close to zero can be achieved by coupling the two inductances of the quadratic Boost converter and suitably setting the coupling coefficients and turns ratio reasonably.The construction process,working principle,and steady-state characteristics of the converter are analyzed,and the theoretical research is verified by building an experimental prototype.The experimental results verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis.
