摘要 研究目的:为实现混凝土桥梁耐久性分析的信息化,通过Revit二次开发功能建立运营状态下混凝土桥梁结构的耐久性数据库,开发基于BIM技术的混凝土碳化和钢筋锈蚀计算模块,设计用户界面及命令按钮,编制可考虑施工概率误差的耐久性分析软件。通过混凝土碳化和钢筋锈蚀的试验数据,验证基于BIM技术的混凝土桥梁耐久性寿命分析软件的可靠性,结合13跨56 m铁路混凝土箱梁实际工程,开展耐久性分析及可视化应用。研究结论:(1)在Revit二次开发功能基础上结合结构耐久性理论,可实现基于BIM的混凝土桥梁耐久性分析软件开发;(2)与试验结果对比分析表明,软件的耐久性分析与可视化结果与试验值吻合良好,具有较好的可靠性;(3)铁路混凝土箱梁桥的应用表明,软件对桥梁的碳化、钢筋锈蚀等指标的耐久性分析功能完善,基于软件可开展桥梁的服役寿命预测;(4)本研究成果可推广应用于混凝土桥梁的耐久性研究和软件开发领域。 Research purposes: In order to realize the informatization of concrete bridge durability analysis, the durability database of concrete bridge structure under operation state is established through the secondary development function of Revit software, the calculation module of concrete carbonization and steel corrosion based on BIM technology is developed, the user interface and command button are designed, and the durability analysis software considering construction probability error is compiled. Through the test data of concrete carbonation and steel corrosion, the reliability of software on the durability life analysis of concrete bridge based on BIM technology is verified. Combined with the actual project of 13 spans 56 m railway concrete box girders, the durability analysis and visualization application are carried out.Research conclusions:(1) Based on the secondary development function of Revit and the theory of structural durability, the BIM software for durability analysis of concrete bridges can be developed.(2) The comparison with the experimental results shows that the results of durability analysis and visualization of the software are in good agreement with the experimental values and have good reliability.(3) The application of railway concrete box girder bridge shows that the durability analysis function of the software for bridge carbonation, steel corrosion and other indicators is perfect, and the service life prediction of bridge can be carried out based on the software.(4) The research results can be applied to the durability research and software development of concrete bridges.
