摘要
分别采用大锅熬制法片碱和离子膜熔盐法片碱进行了黄药合成的工业生产试验。通过试验比较了这两种片碱在黄药生产过程中适用情况及对黄药品质的影响。将两种片碱所生产的黄药产品进行了铜矿浮选试验,讨论了产品在实际应用中的效果,为以后黄药工业生产中片碱的选择提供了一定的参考依据。
An experiment in the industrial production of xanthate synthesis was carried out by using caustic soda flake,which prepared by adopting the large-pot boiling method and ionic membrane molten salt method respectively.The dvantages and disadvantages of the two kinds of caustic soda flakes were compared in the process of xanthate production and their effects on the quality of xanthates.A copper ore flotation experiment was conducted by using xanthates produced with the two kinds of caustic soda flakes.Their effects in the practical application were also discussed.Some references are provided in the selection of xanthate industrial production in the future.
