1002例皮肤恶性肿瘤回顾性分析

Retrospective Analysis of 1002 Cases of Skin Malignant Tumor

目的分析四川省人民医院皮肤恶性肿瘤的发病特点及临床诊疗情况,为提高皮肤恶性肿瘤的诊疗水平及预防提供依据。方法采用系统回顾的研究方法对我院2017年1月至2019年12月共1002例皮肤恶性肿瘤患者的临床及病理资料进行分析。结果皮肤恶性肿瘤患者1002例。男女比为0.88∶1,平均年龄63.93岁。其中基底细胞癌(511例)占50.60%,鳞状细胞癌(143例)占14.27%,恶性黑素瘤(111例)占11.08%。临床诊断和病理诊断总符合率为47.30%,其中符合率最高的是Paget病(86.66%)。基底细胞癌和鳞状细胞癌主要好发于头面部,恶性黑素瘤好发于四肢肢端。结论相对于国内外其他研究资料,我院皮肤恶性肿瘤发病情况具有一定的自身特点。

Objective To investigate the characteristics and clinical diagnosis and treatment of skin malignant tumors in Sichuan,and to provide evidence for improving the diagnosis and treatment of skin malignant tumors and prevention.Methods The clinical and pathological data of 1002 patients with skin malignant tumor in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 were analyzed by systematic review.Results A total of 1002 cases of skin malignant tumor were studied.The ratio of male to female was 0.88∶1,the mean age was 63.93 years old,Basal cell carcinoma(511 cases)accounted for 50.60%.Squamous cell carcinoma(143 cases)accounted for 14.27%.Malignant melanoma(111 cases)accounted for 11.08%.The total concordance rate between clinical and pathological diagnosis was 47.30%,among which Paget's disease had the highest concordance rate(86.66%).Basal cell carcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma mainly occur in the head and face,while malignant melanoma mostly occurs in the extremities.Conclusion Compared with other research data from other provinces and abroad,the incidence of skin malignant tumors in Sichuan has its own characteristics.
