摘要
据国家统计局普查数据显示,至2019年我国注册护士总数已达到444.5万人次。护士,作为医疗行业中重要职业,是患者药物治疗的直接执行者和观察者~([1])。在患者治疗过程中,护士的用药操作有严格的流程规范,且容错率极低。不安全用药易产生严重的医疗安全隐患,且易导致医疗事故的发生。而在严格的操作流程规范下,不安全用药的情况仍时有发生。在对一些不安全用药情况调查后发现,造成此情况有诸多因素,其中药物包装设计存在缺陷,而导致护士对药物处置时出现差错为重要因素之一。本研究通过对临床一线护士进行调查。
The clinical drug packaging design has an impact on nurses'medication safety,which shows some design defects in the current clinical drug packaging.Through targeted improvement design of clinical drug packaginq,it is conducive to improving the work efficiency of nurses and reduce the incidence of unsafe medication.This paper aims to investigate the influence of clinical drug packaging design on the medication operation of clinical front-line nurses,and to find out the desian defects so as to propose improvement suggestions.The authors carried out a questionnaire survey among clinical front-line nurses in a top three hospital in Hunan Province to investigate the influence of clinical drug packaging design on nurses'medication safety.
