自动乳腺超声成像系统的临床应用进展

Clinical application of automatic breast ultrasound imaging system

乳腺癌是女性最常见的恶性肿瘤之一。受生活方式和生殖观念的改变等因素影响,我国乳腺癌的发病率逐年上升,且呈年轻化趋势。自动乳腺超声成像系统是一种新型的三维超声成像系统,可以进行多平面重建。由于自动扫描和数字存储的优点,自动乳腺超声系统(ABUS)相对于传统的超声更不依赖于操作人员,其稳定的图像有利于后期随访分析。本文就自动乳腺超声成像系统的应用价值及研究进展进行综述。

Breast cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in women.The incidence of breast cancer in China is increasing year by year and tends to happen in a younger age due to the changes in lifestyle and reproductive concepts.Automatic breast ultrasound imaging system is a new kind of three-dimensional ultrasound imaging system,which can carry out multi-plane reconstruction.Due to the advantages of automatic scanning and digital storage,ABUS is less dependent on operators than traditional ultrasound,and its stable images are conducive to follow-up analysis.This paper reviews the application value and research progress of automatic breast ultrasound imaging system.
