DR、CT在诊断足Lisfranc损伤中的应用价值 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨数字X线摄影(DR)、CT对足Lisfranc损伤的诊断价值。方法选取2016年1月~2019年1月本院术中检查结果为足Lisfranc损伤的患者56例(200处损伤),所有患者均给予DR、CT检查,分析DR、CT对足Lisfranc损伤的诊断价值。结果CT对足Lisfranc损伤的检出率为100.00%,明显高于DR的89.29%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);CT对中间柱、外侧柱足Lisfranc损伤的检出率明显高于DR,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),DR、CT对内侧柱足Lisfranc损伤的检出率基本相同,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);CT对骨折型、脱位型足Lisfranc损伤的检出率明显高于DR,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论DR、CT可作为诊断足Lisfranc损伤的重要方法,其中CT可更准确地鉴别足Lisfranc损伤的位置、类型,提示可作为DR的有效补充,值得临床进一步推广。 Objective To discuss the diagnostic value of digital radiography(DR)and computerized tomography(CT)for foot Lisfranc injury.Methods 56 patients(200 lesions)with foot Lisfranc injury were selected by intraoperative inspection result in our Hospital from January 2016 to January 2019,all patients were examined by DR and CT,the diagnostic value of DR and CT for foot Lisfranc injury were analyzed.Results The detection rate for foot Lisfranc injury of CT was 100%,which was obviously higher than that of DR’89.29%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The detection rate for foot Lisfranc injury to the middle and lateral column of CT was significantly higher than those of DR,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The detection rate for foot Lisfranc injury to the medial column of DR and CT was basically the same,the difference was no statistically significant(P>0.05).The detection rates for foot Lisfranc injury to the fracture and dislocation of CT were significantly higher than those of DR,which was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion DR and CT can be used as an important diagnosis method for the foot Lisfranc injury,and CT can be more accurately identified as the location and type of the foot Lisfranc damage,suggesting that it can be used as an effective supplement to DR,which is worth for further clinical promotion.
