彩超对单纯持续性右脐静脉胎儿心功能及脑血流的评估分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨彩超测定胎儿心脏功能及大脑中动脉(MCA)血流对单纯持续性右脐静脉(IPRUV)胎儿心脑功能的综合评估价值。方法对产科超声检出IPRUV的胎儿,测量心脏收缩及舒张功能参数,并测量胎儿MCA的PI、RI、S/D等血流参数。结果1456例胎儿中胎儿持续性右脐静脉(PRUV)39例,其中IPRUV 36例,与正常胎儿之间比较,各瓣口血流频谱及房室瓣环位移等参数差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),MCA血流各参数差异亦无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论产前彩超能准确诊断持续性右脐静脉,IPRUV胎儿是一种良性的解剖变异,不伴有胎儿心脏及脑血流动力学改变,其心室收缩及舒张功能及脑血流灌注未见明显异常。
