智能制造数字化人才是促进智能制造和经济发展的重要助推力。美国智能制造数字化人才技能标准体系为智能制造数字化人才培养提供了基础,技能标准共包括工作角色识别、关键责任、角色定位、职业能力、工作经验与教育、未来发展六项一级指标和25项二级指标。在智能制造数字化人才技能标准体系所涉及的165个人才角色中,优先发展人才有20个,以首席数字官和数字制造工程师为例从一级指标与二级指标的角度对20个优先发展人才的技能标准进行详细解读。

The digital talent of intelligent manufacturing is a dominant impetus that boost intelligent manufacturing and economic development.The system of criteria for digital talents'skill in the field of intelligent manufacturing in the United State serves as the basis of cultivation of digital talents in the field of intelligent manufacturing.The said criteria includesix top level indexes of recognition of working role,key responsibilities,role definition,vocational ability,working experience and education and future expectation and 25 sublevel indexes.As there are 20 talents to be developed in priority in the 165 roles of talents involved in the system of criteria of digital talents'skills in the field of intelligent manufacturing.It interpreted in detail about the criteria of skills for 20 of talents to be developed in priority from the viewpoints of top level and sublevel indexes by taking chief digital officer and digital manufacturing engineer as examples.
