以汽车服务工程专业为例探讨应用型高校国际化人才培养体系构建

Taking Automobile Service Engineering Major as an Example Exploration on Building Cultivation System of Applied International Talents in Higher Education Institution

结合德国、美国、日本国际化人才培养发展历程,分析了我国应用型高校实施国际化人才培养过程中出现的资金保障不足、师资水平不够、课程体系结构不适用等问题,从模式定位、师资培养、课程重构与考核制度、教育经费保障、教育资源环境建设五个方面总结了天津中德应用技术大学汽车服务工程专业国际化办学特色。

According to the development of international talent cultivation in Germany,United States and Japan,it analyzed the problems existed in the course of international talent cultivation implemented in applied higher education institutions in our country,such as insufficient fund guarantee,lower level of teachers and inapplicable curriculum system,etc.and made summary on the internationalized school-running character in the major of automobile service engineering of Tianjin Sino-German University of Applied Sciences in the aspects of mode orientation,teachers'training,restructure of curriculum and examination system,education fund guarantee and construction of education resources and environment.
