含B_(2)O_(3)钙铝基连铸保护渣剪切变稀特性 被引量:3

摘要 为兼顾钙铝基连铸保护渣在结晶器弯月面上下方不同剪切速率区域的冶金功能,从非牛顿流体特性角度出发,研究了CaO-Al_(2)O_(3)-Li_(2)O-B_(2)O_(3)保护渣的剪切变稀特性。结果表明,在剪切稀化温度区间内,随着温度的降低,保护渣剪切变稀特性逐渐增强。在钙铝基保护渣中,B_(2)O_(3)对剪切变稀特性具有明显的抑制作用,该作用与其在硅酸系保护渣中的作用明显相反。在1300℃下,B_(2)O_(3)质量分数由4%提高至6%时,保护渣剪切变稀特性逐渐减弱。当B_(2)O_(3)质量分数提高至8%时,保护渣转变为牛顿流体,剪切变稀特性消失。 To take into account the performance of the calcium-aluminum-based mold flux in regions of the mold with different shear rates,the shear-thinning properties of the CaO-Al_(2)O_(3)-Li_(2)O-B_(2)O_(3) mold flux were studied from the perspective of non-Newtonian fluid characteristics.The results show that in the shear-thinning temperature range,as the temperature decreased,the shear-thinning properties of the mold flux become stronger.In the calcium-aluminum-based mold flux,B_(2)O_(3) had a significant inhibitory effect on the shear-thinning properties,which was opposite to its role in the silica-based mold flux.At 1 300℃,when the mass fraction of B_(2)O_(3) increased from 4%to 6%,the shear-thinning properties gradually become weaker.When the mass fraction of B_(2)O_(3) increased to 8%,the molten slag was transformed into a Newtonian fluid,showing no shear thinning properties.
