温针灸结合常规康复对痉挛型双瘫儿童下肢功能的影响

Effect of Warm Acu-Moxa Combined with Routine Rehabilitation on Lower Limb Function of Children with Spastic Diplegia

目的:研究温针灸对痉挛型双瘫儿童下肢功能的影响。方法:用随机数字表法将90例痉挛型双瘫儿童随机分为温针灸组、对照组各45例。温针灸组给予温针灸及康复功能常规训练,对照组给予普通针灸及常规康复功能训练,治疗时间为12周。在训练前及训练结束后分别采用粗大运动功能评估量表(GMFM)评估患儿粗大运动功能、改良Ashworth量表(MAS)评定下肢肌张力、日常生活活动量表(ADL)评估儿童基础性日常生活活动能力。比较两组临床疗效。结果:治疗12周后,两组GMFM、MAS、ADL评分均较治疗前提高(PGMFM<0.05,PMAS<0.001,PADL<0.01),并且温针灸组治疗后效果更佳(P<0.05)。结论:温针灸能进一步改善痉挛型双瘫儿童下肢功能,降低肌张力。

Objective:To study the effect of warm acu-moxa in the treatment of function of lower limbs in children with spastic diplegia.Methods:Ninety children with spastic diplegia were randomly divided into the control group and the warm acu-moxa group,45 patients in each group.The control group was treated with routine rehabilitation training and the warm acu-moxa group was treated with warm acu-moxa besides the treatment in the control group.The treatment lasted for 12 weeks.Gross motor function measure scale(GMFM)was applied to evaluate gross motor function,modified Ashworth scale(MAS)to evaluate muscle tension of lower limbs and activities of daily living(ADL)scale to evaluate the ability to perform basic activities in daily life in children before and after the training.Results:After the treatment of 12 weeks,GMFM,MAS,ADL scores in both groups were higher than before(PGMFM<0.05,PMAS<0.001,PADL<0.01),and in warm acu-moxa group,these scores were higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:Warm acu-moxa can further improve the lower limb function of children with spastic diplegia and decrease the muscle tension.
