摘要
易筋经属于我国的传统导引之术。综述易筋经运动对脑卒中一级预防,以及改善脑卒中患者运动功能、抑郁和焦虑等方面的作用及相关机制。并针对易筋经在脑卒中的临床应用情况,分析了易筋经功法与脑卒中现代康复技术原理之间的契合关系。参考文献36篇。
Yijin Jing is a traditional technique of conduct exercise in China.In this paper,the effects of Yijin Jing on the primary prevention of stroke and on the improvement of motor function,depression and anxiety in patients with stroke and the relevant mechanisms were reviewed.According to its application in stroke rehabilitation,the relationship between the characteristics of Yijin Jing exercise and the principle of stroke rehabilitation was analyzed.There are 36 papers cited.
