摘要
介质滤波器是射频及微波通信领域必不可少的元件之一。陶瓷由于其介电常数高、温度稳定性好以及功率高的特性,成为介质滤波器中最常用的一种介质。因此重点研究陶瓷介质滤波器的设计。根据滤波器要求的中心频率确定陶瓷块的尺寸,通过HFSS软件进行仿真。为了使仿真的结果更能符合实际情况,边界条件根据实际介质设置,并不使用理想边界条件。通过仿真结果可以看出,设计的陶瓷介质滤波器基本符合设计要求。
Dielectric filter is one of the essential components in the field of radio frequency and microwave communication.Ceramic has become the most commonly used medium in dielectric filters due to its high permittivity,good temperature stability and high power characteristics.This paper focuses on the design of ceramic dielectric filter.The size of the ceramic block is determined according to the central frequency required by the filter.The simulation is carried out by HFSS software.In order to make the simulation results more in line with the actual situation,the boundary conditions are set according to the actual dielectric,and prefect boundary conditions are not used.It can be seen from the simulation results that the ceramic dielectric filter designed in this paper basically meets the design requirements.
