微信院前登记系统在急诊医学科诊疗管理中应用研究

Research on the Application of WeChat Pre-hospital Registration System in the Management of Diagnosis and Treatment of Emergency Department

目的:探索微信院前登记系统在急诊诊疗中对分诊质量、患者满意度以及治疗过程中的应用效果。方法:惠州市中心人民医院微信院前登记系统已运行两年余,通过随机抽取300例使用微信院前登记系统来急诊就诊的患者以及300例常规途径来急诊就诊的患者,分别比较两组中分诊时间、就诊时长、分诊准确率、患者就诊满意度等指标的差异。结果:使用院前登记系统的患者较对照组平均分诊时间明显减少、分诊准确率明显提高、满意度明显提高(P<0.05)。结论:微信院前登记系统对急诊分诊质量、患者就医满意度的提高具有积极作用,对探索急诊科以及急诊医学的发展具有启示作用。

Objective:To explore the application effect of wechat pre hospital registration system in emergency diagnosis and treatment on triage quality,patient satisfaction and treatment process.Methods:The wechat pre hospital registration system of Huizhou Central People.s hospital has been running for more than two years.300 cases of emergency patients using wechat pre hospital registration system and 300 cases of emergency patients using conventional ways were randomly selected.The differences of triage time,duration,accuracy and satisfaction of patients between the two groups were compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the average triage time of the patients using the pre hospital registration system was significantly reduced,the triage accuracy was significantly improved,and the satisfaction was significantly improved(P<0.05).Conclusion:Wechat pre hospital registration system plays a positive role in improving the quality of emergency triage and patients.satisfaction with medical treatment,and has an enlightening role in exploring the development of emergency department and emergency medicine.
