血府逐瘀片治疗糖尿病肾病蛋白尿的效果研析

Effect of Xuefu Zhuyu Tablet on Diabetic Nephropathy Proteinuria

目的:研究用血府逐瘀片治疗糖尿病肾病蛋白尿(DNP)的效果。方法:对东台市中医院近年来收治的50例DNP患者的病历资料进行回顾性研究。将其中接受基础治疗的25例患者作为对照组,将其中在对照组治疗方案的基础上采用血府逐瘀片进行治疗的25例患者作为观察组。比较治疗后两组患者的疗效及各项临床指标。结果:与对照组患者相比,观察组患者治疗的总有效率更高,治疗后其尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER)、尿白蛋白/肌酐比值(UACR)及血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)、转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)的水平均更低,P<0.05。用药后,两组患者不良反应的发生率相比,P>0.05。结论:在对DNP患者进行基础治疗的同时,为其加用血府逐瘀片能显著改善其U AER.UACR及血清炎性细胞因子的水平,提高其疗效,且用药较为安全。

Objective:To study the effect of Xuefu Zhuyu Tablet on diabetic nephropathy proteinuria(DNP).Methods:The medical records of 50 DNP patients in Dongtai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in recent years were retrospectively studied.Among them,25 patients who received basic treatment were taken as the control group,and 25 patients who received treatment with Xuefu Zhuyu tablet on the basis of the treatment plan of the control group were taken as the observation group.The curative effect and various clinical indexes of the two groups were compared after treatment.Results:The overall response rate was higher in the observation group than in the control group,After treatment,the levels of urinary albumin excretion rate(UAER),urinary albumin/creatinine ratio(UACR)and serum tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6),monocyte chemotactic protein-1(MCP-1)and transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1) were significantly lower(P<0.05).After medication,the incidence of ADR in 2 groups was compared with P>0.05.CONCLUSIONS:At the same time of basic treatment for DNP patients,the addition of Xuefu Zhuyu tablet can significantly improve the levels of UAER,UACR and serum inflammatory cytokines,improve the efficacy,and it is relatively safe to use.
