复方丹参滴丸联合他汀类药物治疗高血压的效果及对患者血管结构的影响

Effect of Compound Salvia miltiorrhiza Dropping Pills Combined with Statins in the Treatment of Hypertension and Its Influence on Vascular Structure

目的:探讨并研究用复方丹参滴丸联合他汀类药物治疗高血压的效果及对患者血管结构的影响。方法:选取凉山州第一人民医院收治的160例高血压患者作为研究对象。按照治疗方法的不同将其分为观察组与对照组。对两组患者均进行常规的降血压治疗,在此基础上用他汀类药物对对照组患者进行治疗,用复方丹参滴丸联合他汀类药物对观察组患者进行治疗,然后比较两组患者血压和血脂的水平、颈动脉内膜中层厚度及颈动脉斑块crouse积分。结果:治疗6个月后及12个月后,两组患者的收缩压、舒张压和脉压差均低于治疗前,P<0.05;两组患者的收缩压、舒张压及脉压差相比,P>0.05。治疗12个月后,观察组患者血清低密度脂蛋白胆固醇的水平和颈动脉内膜中层厚度均低于对照组患者,P<0.05。治疗12个月后,两组患者的颈动脉斑块crouse积分相比,P>0.05。结论:用复方丹参滴丸联合他汀类药物对高血压患者进行治疗能降低其血清低密度脂蛋白胆固醇的水平和颈动脉内膜中层厚度。

Objective:To explore and study the effect of compound salvia miltiorrhiza dripping pills combined with statins in the treatment of hypertension and the effect on vascular structure of patients.Methods:160 hypertensive patients in Liangshan First People's Hospital were selected as the research object.They were divided into observation group and control group according to different treatment methods.Patients in both groups were treated with conventional blood pressure lowering therapy,on the basis of which,patients in the control group were treated with statins,and patients in the observation group were treated with compound salvia miltiorrhiza dripping pills combined with statins.Then,the levels of blood pressure,blood lipid,carotid intima-media thickness and carotid plaque Crouse score were compared between the two groups.RESULTS:After 6 months and 12 months of treatment,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and pulse pressure difference in 2 groups were lower than before treatment,P<0.05;The systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and pulse pressure difference of 2 groups were compared with P>0.05.After 12 months of treatment,the level of serum low density lipoprotein cholesterol and carotid intima media thickness in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).After 12 months of treatment,the Crouse score of carotid plaques in the two groups was P>0.05.Conclusion:Compound salvia miltiorrhiza dripping pills combined with statins can reduce the level of serum low density lipoprotein cholesterol and carotid intima media thickness in patients with hypertension.
