影响先天性胫骨假关节术后骨愈合因素的研究进展

先天性胫骨假关节(congenital pseudarthrosis of tibia,CPT)是儿童骨科最难治疗的疾病之一。该病的主要特征为:出生时即有胫骨的缺损形成假关节,或出生时伴有先天性胫骨前弓畸形因外伤后骨折不愈合或由于认识不足进行单纯截骨矫形术后不愈合形成假关节。CPT患儿治疗的主要目标是获得长期骨愈合、防治肢体不等长、避免出现再骨折。CPT治疗的重点及难点是获得骨性愈合。影响CPT患儿获得骨愈合的因素有很多,如手术方式、辅助治疗措施、手术年龄等。本文现就影响CPT患儿术后骨愈合的主要因素做一综述。

As one of the most problematic diseases in children,congenital pseudoarthrosis of tibia(CPT)is characterized by either pseudarthrosis at birth or pathological fracture of anterolateral tibia followed by non-union.The primary therapeutic goal is obtaining long-term bone union,preventing unequal length of limbs and avoiding refracture.The practical difficulty of CPT treatment lies in achieving long-term bone union.Various factors affect bone healing,such as surgical approaches,adjuvant measures and operative age,etc.The purpose of this review is to provide an overview of the major influencing factors of postoperative bone union of CPT.
