割茎高度和割茎时间对潞党参产量和含量的影响

Effects of Cutting Height and Time on Yield and Content of Codonopsis pilosula

采用不同割茎高度和割茎时间处理,观察各处理对潞党参产量和含量的影响。结果表明9月25日割茎保留地上部分20cm后,经过冬季养分积累,春季产量较秋季有所提高,4月30日达到最大产量,适宜春季采挖党参。从割茎高度来看,割茎保留60~80 cm地上部分时,产量达到最大,小区产量为164.75g,鲜根折合产量为274.5 kg·667 m^(-2)。从割茎时间上看,在8月13日割茎小区产量达最大为164.75g。11月10日采挖党参时,浸出物含量达最大值为68.06%,较对照提升1.75%。

The effects of diffrent cutting heights and time on yield and content of Codonopsis pilosula were observed.The results showed that after the stems were cut 20cm above the grounds on September 25,the yield in spring was higher than that in the autumn because of the nutrient accumulation in winter,its yield was maximum on April 30,so spring season was suitable for collecting codonopsis pilosula.From the height of cutting stem,the yield reached the maximum,the yield of the cell was 32.95g,and the yield of the fresh root per 667m^(2) was 54.9kg.In time of the cutting,the the highest yield was up to 32.95g on August 13.the maximum content of extract was 68.06%on November 10,which was 1.75%higher than that of the control group.
