摘要
针对当前青贮玉米育种及生产实际中存在的问题,以提高青贮玉米生物学产量、饲喂品质、持绿性、双抗(抗病、抗倒伏)为目标,探索运用了传统的回交改良、轮回选择等技术,改良与创新了青贮玉米种质资源,按照"高起点、国内外、新种质、多地点、强胁迫"的自交系选育技术,通过玉米“优异基础材料高效选择方法(多点、高密、低氮、干旱)多环境测试抗逆性锻炼饲喂试验”的育种技术,选育出了"生物产量高,摄入量高,消化率高,营养物质含量高及保绿性、抗性强"的青贮玉米新品种宝单8号,并进行了示范推广。
Focusing on the existing problems in silage maize breeding and production for improving biological yield,feeding quality,green retention and double resistance(disease resistance and lodging resistance)of silage maize,the application of conventional techniques such as backcross improvement and recurrent selection was used to improve and innovate the germplasm resources of silage maize.According to the breeding technology of inbred lines with characteristics of"high starting point,focusing on home and abroad,new germplasm,more locations and strong stress",by using breeding techniques of"excellent base material+efficient selection method(multi-point,high density,low nitrogen,drought)+more environmental test+resistance+feeding experiment",a new silage maize variety‘Baodan 8’was bred,which had high biological yield,high consumption,high digestibility,high nutrient content and protecting green,strong resistance and it was also demonstrated and extended.
