摘要 针对现有人工方式查看人员测量体温、检查口罩佩戴情况的不足的问题,设计了一款无接触温度测量以及身份识别系统,该系统具有非接触温度测量和对身份特征学习、识别以及报警功能。无接触温度测量模块采用MLX90614非接触红外测温传感器,实现了无接触测量人体体温和容器;身份识别模块采用STM32作为主控芯片,采用OpenMV进行口罩识别与身份判断,对未带口罩以及身份不符的人进行语音报警和LCD显示,同时;处理器模块处理身份采集和温度测量信息。本设计经多次实验验证具有测温距离长,响应速度快、精确度高、稳定性好等特点。可以提高防疫管理的效率,减轻防疫人员的工作压力。 Aiming at the inadequacy of the existing manual methods for checking personnel to measure body temperature and check the wearing condition of masks, a non-contact temperature measurement and identity recognition system was designed.The system has non-contact temperature measurement and identity feature learning, recognition and alarm functions.The non-contact temperature measurement module uses the MLX90614 non-contact infrared temperature measurement sensor to achieve non-contact measurement of human body temperature and containers;the identity recognition module uses STM32 as the main control chip, and OpenMV is used for mask recognition and identity judgment, and the mask is not worn and the identity is not consistent.The person performs voice alarm and LCD display, and at the same time;the processor module processes identity collection and temperature measurement information.This design has been verified by many experiments and has the characteristics of long temperature measurement distance, fast response speed, high accuracy, and good stability.It can improve the efficiency of epidemic prevention management and reduce the work pressure of epidemic prevention personnel.
