基于加密二维码的费控智能电表购复电装置设计 被引量:2

摘要 费控智能电表购复电在用户端有两种方式:一种是用户在营业网点通过营业人员或者自助售电终端进行缴费、写卡购电,然后通过电表或者安装在电表附近的自助充值终端进行插(刷)卡,完成智能电表复电;另外一种通过电力公司后台计费系统远程实现购电,通过远程计量信息采集通道进行远程数据下发,完成电表复电操作。本文研究设计一种通过专用加密二维码对智能电表进行购复电的装置,即用户通过手机购电APP进行网络购电,购电成功后APP给用户提供一个智能电表购复电加密二维码,此购复电加密二维码是通过电力公司专用安全加密系统进行了加密后生成,通过购复电装置解析后传输。最终将用户的购复电信息传输给智能电表,从而实现用户自助购复电。 There are two ways to purchase and restore electricity with fee controlled smart meters at the user end: one is that the user pays for electricity through the business staff or self-service electricity selling terminal in the business outlet, writes the card to purchase electricity, and then inserts(swipes) the card through the electricity meter or the self-service charging terminal installed near the electricity meter to complete the restoration of electricity with smart meters;the other is to remotely purchase electricity through the back-end billing system of the power company.Through the remote metering information collection channel, the remote data is distributed to complete the power recovery operation of the meter.This paper studies and designs a device for purchasing and resuming smart meters by special encryption QR code, that is, the user purchases electricity through the network through mobile phone purchase app, and the app provides the user with a smart meter purchase and resuming encryption QR code after the successful purchase of electricity.This purchase and resuming encryption QR code is generated after encryption through the special security encryption system of the power company, and analyzed through the purchase and resuming device Later pass lose.Finally, the user’s purchase and restoration information is transmitted to the intelligent electricity meter, so as to realize the user’s self-service purchase and restoration.
