Management Optimization of University Enterprise Cooperation Based on Empirical Research

本研究以利益相关者理论为视角,通过实证研究,分析校企合作过程中各利益相关者利益需求及实现程度、利益冲突及产生的影响。在实证研究基础上,明确高校校企合作中存在的管理问题,探究产生问题的原因,并从思想观念、行动方式和制度建设等三个维度提出管理建议。

From the perspective of stakeholder theory, through empirical research, this paper analyzes the interest needs and realization degree, interest conflict and impact of stakeholders in the process of school enterprise cooperation. On the basis of empirical research, this paper clarifies the management problems existing in university enterprise cooperation,explores the causes of the problems, and puts forward management suggestions from three dimensions of ideology, mode of action and system construction.
