互动式教学在法学课堂教学中的应用策略

摘要 互动式教学能真正激发学生的学习兴趣,培养终身学习能力和多种实践能力,是适应法学教学改革的新型课堂模式。互动式教学对教师和学生都提出了更高要求。针对目前互动教学中存在形式单一、僵化,互动效果差等问题,可以灵活采用如模拟法庭、法律诊所、课堂辩论等多种形式的互动实践模式,同时开展分组研讨式课堂教学,建构师生互动、生生互动的教学模式。 The goal of law education is to cultivate innovative legal talents with various practical abilities. Interactive teaching can really stimulate students’ interest in learning and cultivate their lifelong learning ability and practical ability. Interactive teaching puts forward higher requirements for both teachers and students. At present, there are some problems in the interactive teaching, such as single form, rigid, poor interaction effect, etc. we can flexibly carry out various forms of interactive practice teaching, such as simulated court, legal clinic, classroom debate and so on. At the same time, group discussion class teaching is carried out to construct the teaching mode of teacher-student interaction and student-student interaction.
