Application and Effect Evaluation of Mobile Electronic Devices in Clinical Probation

为评价移动电子设备在临床见习中的应用效果,调查171名见习生利用电子设备采集病史对病历质量的影响和患者的就医体验。61名(35.7%)利用传统纸笔采集病史,67名(39.2%)利用手机,31名(18.1%)利用平板电脑,12名(7.0%)纯大脑记忆。与传统方式相比,手机组的病历质量下降(p=0.002),纯记忆组的病历质量最低(p=0.001),平板电脑组无差异(p=0.125)。患者对传统方式的接受程度最高,手机组接受程度最低。医学生普遍使用电子设备,但采用传统纸笔方式进行临床见习是提高病历书写质量和患者就医体验的最佳选择。

To evaluate the application of mobile electronic devices in clinical probation.We investigated the effect of collecting medical history by using electronic devices on medical records and patients’acceptance degree among 171 students.61(35.7%)used traditional pen and paper to take medical history,67(39.2%)used mobile phone,31(18.1%)used pad and 12(7.0%)memorized by heart.Compared with traditional method,the quality of medical records was poor in the mobile phone group(p=0.002)and lowest in pure memory group(p=0.001).No difference is found between pad and traditional method(p=0.125).The patient’s acceptance was highest in the traditional group and lowest in mobile phone group.It is widespread for medical students to use electronic devices during probation,but using pen and paper to collect medical history and communicate with patients is the best choice in clinical practice.
