摘要
"双高计划"背景下,产教融合进一步加深,高等职业院校专业实训室建设成为校企合作的必备条件。为满足专业学生拟岗学习、课程建设和产教融合,以广州番禺职业技术学院酒店管理专业为例,对如何基于岗位环境强化实践教学内容、如何建设适应岗位环境的实训室进行分析与研究,提出实训室建设的"6步曲",利用"6S管理"模式建设信息化管理平台,提高实训室建设与管理的科学性,并以此为依托完善专业实训室在人才培训过程中的综合育人功能。
Under the background of“double-high plan”,the integration of industry and education has been further deepened,and the construction of professional training room in higher vocational colleges has become a necessary condition for cooperation between universities and enterprises.In order to meet the needs of professional students'learning,curriculum construction and integration of production and teaching,this paper takes the hotel management major of Guangzhou Panyu Polytechnic in Guangzhou as an example,and discusses how to strengthen the practical teaching content based on the“post environment”,how to build the training room that adapts to the post environment to carry on the analysis and the research,proposes the“six steps”of the training room construction,uses the“6s management”pattern to construct the informationization management platform,enhances the training room construction and the management scientific nature.On the basis of this,we can perfect the comprehensive education function of the professional training room in the process of talent training.
