提高大学生“认知力”的教学模式改革初探

摘要 近年来,随着大学生数量逐年增加,素质教育体制僵化,就业压力加大,很多即将毕业的大学生对于未来感到迷茫。"认知能力"的提升,能使大学生收获"幸福一生"的能力。大学期末集中复习意味着学生想通过机械、快速地重复来记住这些知识,误以为自己掌握了这些知识,但是却没有办法让学生达到精通的程度,也不会产生持久的记忆。从创新认知角度出发分析学习步骤,即:编码、巩固和检索,明确学习的本质是挑战天性,知识是带"滚雪球"效应的,因此,大学生要有终身学习的心理,养成终身学习的习惯。 In recent years,as the number of college students has increased year by year,the quality education system has become rigid,and employment pressure has increased,many college students who are about to graduate are confused about the future and do not know their direction.The improvement of“cognitive ability”can enable college students to gain the ability of living“a happy life”.Intensive review at the end of the university means that students want to memorize this knowledge through mechanical and rapid repetition.They mistakenly think that they have mastered this knowledge,but there is no way for students to reach the level of proficiency,nor will they produce lasting memories.This paper analyzes the learning process from the perspective of innovative cognition into three steps:coding,consolidation,and retrieval.The first is that the nature of learning is challenging in nature,the second is that knowledge has a“snowballing”effect,and the third is the psychology of lifelong learning.
