基于科研反哺教学的环境类创新人才培养模式探索——以“环境土壤学”课程为例 被引量:14

摘要 教学是立校之本,科研是强校之路,人才培养质量是高等教育的出发点和落脚点。面临新时期高等教育的新形势和新要求,全面有效地开展"三全育人",是高校专业教师面临的挑战和亟待解决的重要课题。基于"教学科研相统一"的观点和科研反哺教学的模式,以"环境土壤学"课程为例,探讨和实践了提升高校人才培养质量的方法。通过在教学领域带入科研工作的思路、方法与进展,在教育理念中融入科研精神,把科研方法转化为教学手段,用科研成果丰富教学内容,实现科研反哺教学,培养学生的创新思维与创新能力。 Teaching is the foundation of establishing a university,scientific research is the way of strengthening a university,and the quality of personnel training is the starting point and foothold of higher education.Faced with the new situation and requirements of higher education in the new era,it is a challenge and an important subject to be solved for professional teachers in universities to comprehensively and effectively carry out“three whole education”.Based on the viewpoint of“the unity of teaching and scientific research”and the mode of scientific research feeding teaching,this paper discussed and practiced the methods to improve the quality of talent cultivation in colleges and universities by taking the course of Environmental Soil Science as an example.By bringing the ideas,methods and progress of scientific research into the teaching field,integrating the spirit of scientific research into the educational concept,and transforming the methods of scientific research into teaching means,we can enrich the teaching content with the achievements of scientific research,realize the return of scientific research to feed teaching,and cultivate students'innovative thinking and innovation ability.
