当代医学教育中“医教协同”的现状及思考——以苏州大学为例 被引量:3

摘要 医教协同是当代医学教育和医学人才培养的方向。以苏州大学为例,从综合性大学医学教育管理体制、大学附属医院使命担当、临床实践教学平台建设、临床教师队伍建设、毕业后医学教育等多个方面调研了"医教协同"理念在医学教育中的实施现状,指出目前存在院校医学教育由医学部管理、毕业后医学教育和继续医学教育由附属医院管理、两者呈分段式管理体制,并且附属医院临床教师重视临床和科研工作、相对忽视教育教学等情况,通过思考相关改进举措旨在深化医教协同,促进医学教育改革与发展,进一步提升医学教学质量,推进健康中国建设。 The coordination of medicine and education is the direction of contemporary medical education and training of medical talents.This paper takes Soochow University as an example,from the aspects of the management system of medical education in comprehensive universities,the undertaking of the mission of affiliated hospitals of universities,the construction of clinical practice teaching platform,the construction of clinical teachers,and medical education after graduation,this paper investigates and studies the implementation status of the concept o“f medical education cooperation”in medical education at present,it is pointed out that at present medical education in colleges and universities is managed by the medical department,and medical education and continuing medical education after graduation are managed by affiliated hospitals,which are managed separately,and clinical teachers in affiliated hospitals paid more attention to clinical and scientific research work than medical education.This paper aims to deepen the coordination of medical education,promote the reform and development of medical education,further improve the quality of medical teaching,and promote the construction of“healthy China”.
