摘要 当前我国民族地区中学生的社会文化背景日益多元化,因此,对民族地区中学教师的多元文化意识和文化回应性教学能力的要求日渐凸显。以文化回应性教学模式在民族地区中学实施的具体困难为出发点,就中学课堂怎样更好地涵盖多元文化、中学教师如何更好地回应学生的需求等方面探究该模式实施的可行方案。从地方师范院校与基础教育教师合作育人、建立内容翔实的中学生个人成长档案、开设文化回应性教学工作坊三个方面探索多元文化教育理论到文化回应性教学实践的路径。 At present,the social and cultural background of middle school students in ethnic areas is increasingly diverse.Therefore,the requirements of multicultural awareness and cultural responsive teaching ability of middle school teachers in ethnic minority areas are gradually highlighted.Based on the specific difficulties in the implementation of culturally responsive teaching mode in middle schools,this paper explores the possible solutions to the implementation of this mode from the aspects of how to better cover student diversity in middle school classroom,and how middle school teachers can better respond to the needs of students.This paper explores the path from multicultural education theory to culturally responsive teaching practice from three aspects:cooperative education between local normal colleges and basic education teachers,the establishment of high school students'personal growth files with detailed contents,and the opening of culturally responsive teaching workshops.
