摘要
接触式传感体是常见的传感器力敏感部件,其接触应力和使用寿命直接影响到传感器的检测精度和可靠性。以光纤光栅间隙传感器的重要检测部位悬臂梁-斜楔对为研究对象,通过COMSOL建立其接触式传感体力学模型,深入分析了传感体材料和接触尺寸对模型接触应力的影响规律。利用ANSYS Workbench开展传感体疲劳寿命仿真计算,仿真得到的间隙传感体的使用寿命达3.4462×10~5次,满足实际使用需求。这些工作的开展,为精密传感体的接触应力研究和疲劳寿命计算提供了一种思路。
The contact sensor is a common sensor force sensitive component,its contact stress and service life directly affect the detection accuracy and reliability of the sensor.This paper takes the important detection part of the fiber grating gap sensor cantilever beam-wedge pair as the research object,and the contact sensor mechanical model is established using COMSOL.How the model is influenced by the sensor material and contact size is analyzed.ANSYS Workbench is used to carry out the simulation calculation of the fatigue life of the sensor body,the service life of the gap sensor body obtained by the simulation is 3.4462×105 times,which meets the actual use requirements.The development of these works provides a way of thinking for the contact stress research and fatigue life calculation of precision sensing bodies.
