摘要
为实现烟草薄片脱落顺畅且完整,文中设计了一种稠浆薄片气压式双刀切割脱片结构,并进行脱片工况稳定性分析。为贴合实际反映脱片过程中的摩擦碰撞效果,对新型脱片装置进行三维建模与脱片工况动力学仿真分析。模拟铲刀与钢带切线方向在不同接触角度下受碰撞力影响的动态特性,分析不同受力角度对脱片装置运行稳定性的影响规律,为后面控制调节铲刀角度提供理论分析与参考。
In order to realize smooth and complete reconstituted tobacco shedding,a double-knife pneumatic cutting structure for thick pulp reconstituted tobacco is designed,and the stability of the chip shedding condition is analyzed.Due to the friction between the scraper blade and the steel belt,the stripper is prone to generate friction and collision force during the process of stripper,which causes slight jitter of the stripper and affects the quality of the stripper.In order to reflect the friction and collision effect in the process of stripper in accordance with the actual situation,the three-dimensional modeling and dynamic simulation analysis of the new stripper are carried out.The dynamic characteristics of the tangent direction of the scraper blade and the steel belt under the influence of collision force under different contact angles are simulated,and the influence law of different stress angles on the operation stability of the stripper is analyzed to provide theoretical analysis and reference for controlling and adjusting the scraper blade angle later.
