基于数值计算的偏心率与半径间隙对水润滑轴承性能的影响

摘要 采用Fortran编程语言,建立了水润滑径向轴承的数值模型。计算了半径间隙为0.8~1.3 mm之间、偏心率为0.2~0.9之间的各重要轴承性能参数。计算结果表明,随着半径间隙的增大,水膜压力在Y=0截面与θ=180°截面上均会降低,水膜厚度在两个截面上均会增大,但在周向方向最小膜厚处差异很小,在轴向方向无变化。同时,随着偏心率的增大与半径间隙的减小,最大水膜压力与承载力会增大,而最小水膜厚度与摩擦因数会减小。 The numerical model of water lubricated journal bearing is established by Fortran programming software.The performance parameters of bearings with radius clearance of 0.8~1.3 mm and eccentricity of 0.2~0.9 are calculated.The calculation results show that with the increase of the radius gap,the water film pressure decreases on the Y=0 section and theθ=180°section,and the water film thickness increases on both sections,but the difference is small in the axial direction and the minimum film thickness,and there is no change in the axial direction.With the increase of eccentricity and the decrease of radius clearance,the maximum water film pressure and bearing capacity will increase,while the minimum water film thickness and friction coefficient will decrease.
