摘要 针对大型钢结构模块顶升装置中的支撑筒进行强度分析,分析结果表明其在夹持工况的等效应力远远小于在顶升工况时的等效应力。因此,选取顶升工况中的最大等效应力为状态变量,考虑顶升工况下的支撑筒,利用APDL零阶优化方法中的随机优化方法对支撑筒整体结构进行优化分析。结果表明,在满足夹持和顶升两种工况要求的情况下,支撑筒的体积得到了较好的改善,优化后的支撑筒体积比优化前减小了29.45%,同时得到了更为合理的支撑筒结构尺寸。 Strength analysis of supporting cylinder in large steel structure module jacking device shows that its equivalent stress in clamping condition is far less than that in jacking condition.Therefore,the maximum equivalent stress in jacking condition is selected as the state variable,and the supporting cylinder under jacking condition is considered.The stochastic optimization method of zero-order APDL optimization method is used to optimize the whole structure of the supporting cylinder.The results show that the volume of the supporting cylinder is improved under the conditions of clamping and jacking.The volume of the optimized supporting cylinder is reduced by 29.45%compared with that before optimization.At the same time,a more reasonable size of the supporting cylinder is obtained.
