摘要
介绍了一种适合测卡仪传感器高精度测量的检定方法,通过结构形式的合理设计,实现了传感器轴向微位移与圆周方向微扭转的定量检测。
This paper introduces a verification method suitable for high precision measurement of the sensor of the free point indicator.Through the reasonable design of the structure,the quantitative detection of the axial micro displacement and the circumferential micro torsion of the sensor is realized.
