固体废物转运车车身刚度分析

摘要 固体废物转运车是群堆模式下放射性废物管理的必要设备之一。为了验证固体废物转运车车身性能,首先借助Hypermesh建立车身有限元模型,进而在ABAQUS中完成了车身弯曲刚度、扭转刚度及模态分析。结果表明,废物转运车车身弯曲刚度为16 890 N/mm,扭转刚度为14 574 N·m/(°);设计工况下弯曲变形曲线和扭转变形曲线均无突变;整车扭转模态和弯曲模态比实际情况中大部分的激振频率要高,不会引发共振现象。提出的固体废物转运车车身性能验证方法对于转运车设计具有重要参考意义。 The solid waste transfer vehicle is one of the necessary equipment for radioactive waste management under the group stack mode.In order to verify the performance of the solid waste transfer vehicle body,this paper uses Hypermesh to establish the finite element model,and then completes the bending stiffness,torsional stiffness and modal analysis in ABAQUS.The results show that the bending stiffness of the waste transfer vehicle body is 16890 N/mm and the torsional stiffness is 14574 N·m/(°).There is no sudden change in the bending deformation curve and the torsional deformation curve under the design conditions.The torsional mode and bending mode have higher excitation frequencies than most of the actual conditions,and cause not resonance.This paper presents a scheme for verifying the performance of the solid waste transfer vehicle body,which has important reference significance for the design of the transfer vehicle.
