摘要
研究并提出了一种基于双磁致伸缩材料棒的新型电动静液压执行机构。通过流体整流,主动旋转整流阀将磁致伸缩材料棒的高频振动位移转换成液压缸的连续、平滑的双向运动,并对此进行了仿真。结果表明,基于双磁致伸缩材料棒的电动静液压致动器的最大流速约为基于单磁致伸缩材料棒的电动静液压致动器的2倍,工作频率从110 Hz增加到150 Hz。
This paper studies and proposes a new type of electro-hydrostatic actuator based on dual magnetostrictive material rods.Through fluid rectification,active rotating rectifier valve converts the high-frequency vibration displacement of the magnetostrictive material rod into a continuous and smooth two-way movement of hydraulic cylinder.Simulation are carried out.The results show that the maximum flow rate of the electro-hydrostatic actuator based on the dual magnetostrictive material rod is about twice that of the electro-hydrostatic actuator based on the magnetostrictive material rod alone,and the operating frequency is increased from 110 Hz to 150 Hz.
